Courtown Beach - Travelling further north up the Wexford Coastline from Mill Farm Cottages is Courtown beach. It is located approximately 6km south east of Gorey Town; A fine sandy beach featuring dunes and woodland. The village of Courtown is located around a harbour and canal system. This beach is lifeguarded during the bathing season (lifeguard times are posted on the information notice board at the beach)

Courtown Harbour has an abundance of activities to offer visitors. There are amusement parks, arcades, ten pin bowling, adventure golf and much more; as well as Forest Park Leisure Centre with its fantastic waterslide.

North Wexford is also in close proximity to County Wicklow which makes for a great day out where you can visit Wicklow’s historic Gaol, Avondale, Avoca (also known as Ballykissangel) and Glendalough.
